Self check-in with smart lock

Please use the designated makeup towels or makeup wipes for removing makeup.  This helps from staining towels and linens.

2 vehicles are allowed to park in the community.  NO TRAILERS ALLOWED, NO RVS OR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.  Parking is limited.

We do not allow any pets in our homes.  (you can reach out if you would like a referral for a pet-friendly home within the community.)

We have pickelball paddles and balls for your enjoyment on the community court.  There are no reservations for use of the court, it is a first come first served basis.  ONLY RESIDENTS OR GUESTS OF CORAL BREEZE HOMEOWNERS ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE COURTS.

Please DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE YARDS OF OTHER HOMES.  Each home has their own backyard and it is not a walkway or community property.

Please leave linens on the beds as cleaners will take care of when they clean room by room. This helps them in their routine with the house. 

Also, any used beach towels, extra blankets/throws, please leave out of their containers so the cleaners will know to wash them for the next guest. 

If you used the grill, please put the cover in the outside storage box so the cleaners will know that the grill needs to be cleaned.
